OVS Albany Phone Service

The Office of Victim Services has relocated to the AE Smith Office Building in downtown Albany. As part of our move we also changed over to a new phone system effective Monday, December 17th, 2012. At this time our call flow and routing system is not functioning properly. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay in responding to our service providers, grants recipients or our valued customers. We are working closely with our phone service provider to correct the issue and hope to have it back up and running as soon as possible.
