This online report summarizes progress in upholding victims’ rights and supporting programs and services in FY 2009–10 to assist victims, survivors, and communities in the aftermath of crime.
The report highlights the history of the Crime Victims Fund, how in 2009-2010 funds were used to support compensation and assistance to victims across the country and OVC’s outreach to victims of emerging crimes, as well as many other important issues related to serving crime victims.
