Reasons for “No Award” Decisions

The “No Information Supplied” and “Not Eligible” were the most frequent reasons for a “no award” decision being rendered for claims that were not awarded.  Claims closed for “No Information Supplied” are often subsequently re-opened at a later date when the claimant has submitted the required information.
